Professional test for the marine water analysis, completely made in Italy as all Xaqua products. These products generally are very sensitive to air and light, and the contact with them can damage the test and give wrong results. For this reason Xaqua tests are packaged in controlled atmosphere in alluminium envelopes with three layers, which ensure their integrity until the opening. The bottles are equipped with high precision calibrated dropper: each drop corresponds exactly to 0.05 ml.
HOW TO USE THE XAQUA KH TEST:
1. Rinse the test tube and the syringe with the water to be analyzed.
2. Pour 5 ml of water to be analyzed into the test tube.
3. Add the reagent one drop at a time, shaking the test tube after each addition. Stop when the color of the water changes from blue to yellow. It’s important to remember the number of drops added. 4. Calculate the KH value, knowing that each drop added is equivalent to about 1° (for example, if the color of the water has changed after the addition of 10 drops, the KH value is 10°). N.B. For a greater precision of the test, do it pouring in the test tube 10 ml of water to be analyzed. In this way each drop of reagent corresponds exactly to 0,5°.
Warnings:
Store at a temperature between 10 and 30 °C. Protect from humidity, close the packaging after use. Do not swallow, product not intended for human nutrition.
