The project was born from the idea to create an object with innovative and unique technical details, with excellent and high performances. An object that can transmit, by only one touch, all the feels enclosed in this project. An object that combines technique with advanced design, able to satisfy the expectations of the most careful user. The Xaqua Team, after a long study, developed this project and gave life to him Skimmer. The principal components are made from PVC-filled bars, cold-processed with lathe and working center CNC with a tolerance of +/- 0.1 tenths of a millimeter. The contact column and the glass tubes are made of polymethyl methacrylate transparent (PMMA) thickness 5 mm, cut with laser by CNC machine and polished. The assembly of the parts is guaranteed thanks to the use of high density O-ring made of FPM (Fluoroelastomer), material with high thermal stability (from -15 to +200 ° C), low permanent deformation and high resistance to acids and solvents. There are no bondings. All parts are completely removable. This allow the clean and the inspection of them. Sk skimmer is a skimmer of new technology with unique and distinctive characteristics. Made on the basis of the most modern bacterial reproduction systems and berliner conduction. The shape of the inside of the main body makes possible the formation of microbubbles of calibrated dimensions.The particular inclination of the neck of the injection chamber forms a vacuum which allows a long stay of the microbubbles in the contact column, developing a skimming unique in its kind. The collection cup is provided with an exhaust pipe that must be used during periods of absence. The innovative exhaust positioned under the water level of the sump. This allows to eliminate the sound of water and the formation of bubbles. The pump is equipped with a brush impeller and supported on a stand positioned on O-rings. The cover of the pump impeller is designed and printed by Xaqua to optimize the function of the injector. The rubber pads placed at the base allow a total absorption of vibrations.
